My Mascot Pokemon

I can't even begin to fathom how much the design of this Pokemon speaks to me..

I've been drawing Popplio's "Etermaid" (entertainer+Mermaid) evo since the day it was leaked and I haven't stopped, 
But I think it's time I did it justice with this.
Feebas/Milotic and Goldeen/seaking were my favorites growing up bc, despite being picked on and called weak as they started off as, they were so pretty and as a little boy I wanted to be just like that. I wanted to be a mermaid and I'd go around to everyone and tell them just that!
I think I'll probably cry when we finally see it in game..
